You're as stupid about confidentiality law as you are about everything else bluto. There is one legal exception to confidentiality law. Rarely seen in medical cases, most often seen in mental health/psychiatric cases. If the patient or client appears to be a legitimate threat to self or others, such as musing about shooting up a first grade classroom, the doctor or clinical counselor has a legal duty to warn possible victims and contact the police.
